Desmaré graduated in Animal Sciences from Stellenbosch University and completed postgraduate studies in monogastric nutrition. She was involved in establishing Stellenbosch University's Feed Technology Research Group before joining Nutritionhub. Over the past 15 years, she has developed extensive expertise in regulatory compliance and product registration within the animal feed industry. As head of Nutritionhub's regulatory-services division, she supports manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and maintaining compliance across South Africa and neighbouring markets.

Stephan is a ruminant nutritionist with more than 30 years of experience in the animal feed industry. His career includes roles as Extension Officer at Parmalat, Nutritionist at Kynoch Feeds, Technical Manager at Voermol Feeds, and Manager of Protea Animal Feeds. He also served as Chairman of the AFMA Technical Committee. Stephan provides specialist expertise in extensive ruminant production systems, feed formulation, ingredient quality management, phosphate nutrition, procurement, and international trade, supporting clients with practical and commercially focused nutritional solutions.

Stephanie obtained her MSc in Animal Nutrition from Stellenbosch University in 2021, where her research focused on sustainable lipid utilisation in monogastric diets. She is currently completing her PhD, investigating the effects of environmental bio-contaminants on animal health. Since joining Nutritionhub in 2021, Stephanie has specialised in pet nutrition and regulatory affairs. Her combination of scientific expertise and regulatory knowledge enables her to support clients in product development, compliance management, and navigating the legislative requirements governing animal feed and pet food products.

Mighael completed his postgraduate studies in Aquaculture Nutrition at Stellenbosch University in 2023, focusing on the utilisation of hydrolysed protein sources in aquafeed. Since joining Nutritionhub, he has provided nutritional and technical support to aquaculture producers and aquafeed manufacturers throughout Africa. He is actively involved in the development of Nutritionhub's FeedFlow platform and supports our contract research activities through growth modelling, data analysis, feed evaluation, and technical consulting. His work focuses on delivering practical solutions for aquaculture nutrition and aquafeed production.

Angelique serves as FeedComply's Regulatory Support Administrator, supporting clients throughout the product registration and compliance process. She coordinates regulatory documentation, manages compliance workflows, and assists registrants, consultants, manufacturers, and suppliers in maintaining accurate regulatory records. With more than 20 years of experience in administration, client relations, and operational support, Angelique brings strong organisational skills and attention to detail to the FeedComply team. Her role is central to ensuring efficient regulatory administration and the smooth execution of compliance activities across the platform.

Steve manages the design, development, and maintenance of Nutritionhub's digital platforms, including FeedComply, QualiCheck, and FeedFlow. Through these systems, Nutritionhub provides clients with digital tools supporting regulatory compliance, quality assurance, feed manufacturing operations, and farm performance analytics. Steve leads the ongoing enhancement of these platforms, helping clients improve traceability, data integration, and decision-making. With extensive experience in software and web-based application development, he plays a key role in advancing Nutritionhub's digital support strategy and data-driven management across the feed and aquaculture industries.
